Job Summary:

We are looking for a warm, passionate, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to support the learning and development of children through engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the Intellitots curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct play-based, activity-oriented learning sessions Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development Create a safe, clean, and joyful classroom environment Observe and record children's progress and development Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers Encourage positive behavior and social skills Work closely with coordinators and support staff Participate in training programs, meetings, and school events

Eligibility & Qualifications:

Graduate / Diploma in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / D.Ed / B.Ed 1-3 years of preschool teaching experience preferred (freshers may apply) Good communication skills in English (local language knowledge is an advantage) Passion for early childhood education

Skills Required:

Patience, creativity, and empathy Strong classroom management skills Storytelling and activity facilitation skills Team-oriented and child-centric approach

Salary:

?15,000 - ?20,000 per month (based on qualification and experience)
