Job Summary

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and qualified Preschool Teacher to nurture and educate children in their early developmental years. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and stimulating learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood education standards Foster a warm, inclusive, and positive classroom environment Support children's emotional, social, and language development Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development Encourage creativity through play, music, art, storytelling, and hands-on activities Maintain classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and well-being Collaborate with other teachers and school staff Follow school policies, child safety regulations, and hygiene standard
Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant field Certification in Preschool / Montessori / ECCE (preferred) Prior experience in preschool or early learning environments (preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with young children Ability to manage classrooms and engage young learners creatively
