Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned lessons
Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Assess and monitor students' learning progress
Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and reports
Use innovative teaching methods and learning aids
Support students' overall development and well-being
Communicate effectively with parents and school staff
Participate in school meetings, training, and events
Ensure classroom safety and discipline at all times
Follow school policies and academic standards
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject
Teaching certification (as applicable)
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Passion for teaching and student development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team
Creativity and adaptability in teaching methods
Experience
0-2 years for entry-level roles
2+ years preferred for senior positions

Pay: ₹9,027.20 - ₹27,035.08 per month
