-Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
- Teach basic concepts such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and hygiene.
- Create a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Monitor and document each child's progress and behavior.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning space.
- Prepare children for transition to kindergarten through structured routines and social skill-building.
- Organize snack, nap, and playtime schedules.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
