Role & Responsibilities
Present Montessori materials and activities in a calm, engaging manner
Observe and record each child's progress
Maintain classroom order, cleanliness, and preparedness
Support children's independence in practical life and social skills
Communicate positively with parents and colleagues
Assist in planning celebrations, art, and thematic days
Requirements
Montessori Trained / Early Childhood Education certification (preferred)
Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool setup
Freshers are also welcome who are good in art and craft .
Fluent in English with warm communication skills
Passionate about early learning and child development
Patient, creative, and committed to gentle guidance
