Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and experienced Preschool Teacher with Montessori training to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development, a warm and engaging personality, and the ability to create a safe and stimulating classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement and maintain a Montessori-inspired curriculum for children ages [2 - 6] Foster an environment that supports each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Observe and document children's progress and prepare individualized learning plans Communicate regularly with parents about their child's development and classroom activities Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment Collaborate with fellow teachers and administrative staff to create a cohesive and supportive team Participate in ongoing professional development setting Certification in Early Childhood Education or certification in Montessori or NTT Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills A genuine passion for working with young children
