:Overview:

We are seeking a loving, patient, and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing, fun, and engaging learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and assess students' progress and report to parents and management. Foster a positive learning atmosphere using storytelling, arts, music, and play-based learning. Maintain classroom hygiene and ensure children's safety at all times. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and school activities. Coordinate with co-teachers and support staff for effective classroom management. Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and field trips. Stay updated with current early childhood education practices and apply them creatively.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of early childhood development stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creative, energetic, and child-friendly personality. Classroom management and observation skills. Patience, empathy, and passion for working with young children. Ability to collaborate and adapt in a dynamic environment
