We are seeking a caring, creative, and enthusiastic

Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners (ages 2-5). The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment, fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development

.Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & LearningPlan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities. Use play-based, experiential, and creative teaching methods to engage children. Assess and track each child's progress and development.
2. Classroom ManagementMaintain a safe, organized, and positive learning environment. Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and independence. Manage classroom resources, learning materials, and activity setups.
3. Parent EngagementMaintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and provide guidance on early childhood development. Address parent queries and concerns professionally.
4. Professional Development & CollaborationCollaborate with fellow teachers and support staff for coordinated learning experiences. Participate in training sessions, workshops, and school activities. Stay updated with the latest early childhood education methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd) or equivalent. Prior experience of 1-3 years as a preschool teacher preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity, patience, and passion for teaching young children. Basic knowledge of MS Office or digital learning tools is a plus.
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
