Eklavya Sports School is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced

Pre-Primary Teacher

for LKG and UKG classes. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in

early childhood education

,

child care practices

, and have a strong command over

oral communication

and

interactive teaching methods

.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct age-appropriate activities focused on

foundational learning

(pre-writing, phonics, numbers, shapes, colors, etc.) Use creative and engaging methods to promote

oral skills development

in young learners. Ensure a

safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

for children. Maintain proper discipline, hygiene, and classroom decorum. Observe and monitor each child's progress and maintain individual records. Coordinate with parents regularly and provide feedback on the child's development. Plan and participate in

school functions, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings

. Integrate

play-based learning

and storytelling into daily routines.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in handling LKG and UKG classes. Excellent oral communication skills in English and Hindi. Sound understanding of preschool curriculum and child psychology. Warm, patient, and empathetic attitude toward children. Ability to manage class activities with creativity and discipline.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

Montessori or Playway teaching methods

. Basic computer proficiency (for digital record keeping or smart class integration). Experience in organizing class assemblies and stage activities.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience and qualifications
