We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing

Preschool Teacher

for our center located in the

Bellandur - Sarjapur Road

area of Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be experienced in Montessori methods and passionate about early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Montessori teaching techniques and daily routines Create a safe, structured, and joyful learning environment Plan and conduct engaging activities that foster cognitive and social development Monitor and assess children's progress and maintain individual records Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development Support each child's emotional and physical well-being Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff members

Requirements:

Certification in any recognized Montessori course 2 to 4 years of experience in a preschool or Montessori setting Strong verbal and written communication skills in English A caring, patient, and creative approach to teaching Ability to maintain discipline and engage young learners effectively
