Preschool Teacher

to join our vibrant early learning center located on Sarjapura Road, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and have a nurturing and engaging teaching style that promotes the all-round development of young children.

Key Responsibilities:

Create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that promotes learning through play and exploration. Plan and execute age-appropriate learning activities based on the curriculum. Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children aged 2-6 years. Use a variety of teaching tools and techniques including storytelling, rhymes, games, art, and music. Maintain classroom discipline, hygiene, and organization. Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and progress. Monitor each child's progress and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff in planning school events, celebrations, and parent interactions.

Requirements:

ECCEd / NTT / Montessori certified from a recognized institution. 1 to 3 years of experience working with preschool-aged children. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Compassionate, patient, and energetic personality. Strong organizational and classroom management skills. Knowledge of child development and best practices in early learning.
