Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred Certification in ECCEd, NTT, or Montessori training Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in early childhood education

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula and lesson plans Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Utilize play-based and Montessori teaching methodologies Monitor and document each child's progress and development Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school events
