Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that foster cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom atmosphere for children. Use storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning to make lessons engaging and effective. Observe, assess, and document each child's progress and communicate with parents regularly. Encourage positive interactions and teamwork among children. Organize and participate in school events, celebrations, and activities. Collaborate with colleagues and the school administration to enhance the preschool program.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Nursery Teaching / Montessori Training or equivalent qualification. Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Warm, patient, and caring personality with a passion for working with young children. Creative, energetic, and organized teaching approach.
