We are looking for a passionate, caring, and enthusiastic Pre-Primary Teacher to join our vibrant early years team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, stimulating, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that encourages young learners to explore, discover, and grow emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

Key Responsibilities:-

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with the school's curriculum.
Foster a warm, inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports each child's individual growth and learning style.
Develop children's language, motor, cognitive, and social skills through play-based learning and creative exploration.
Maintain open, positive communication with parents regarding student progress, milestones, and classroom activities.
Observe and assess student performance and behavior; maintain accurate progress records and documentation.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Ensure classroom safety, cleanliness, and adherence to school policies and child protection standards.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Qualifications & Skills :-

Education: Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Nursery Teacher Training (NTT), or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a pre-primary or early childhood classroom (freshers with strong passion and aptitude may also apply).
Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong classroom management and child observation skills.
Creativity, patience, and enthusiasm for working with young children.
Ability to integrate play-based and experiential learning techniques.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
