osition : Preschool Teacher (Only For Women) Location : Delhi
Key Skills
1. Excellent English communication
2. Strong understanding of phonic sounds and early literacy
3. Knowledge of Montessori, Multiple-Intelligence, and activity-based teaching
4. Creative lesson planning and engaging classroom activities
5. Good classroom management and child-handling skills
6. Patient, caring, empathetic, and child-friendly
7. Strong parent communication & coordination

Responsibilities
1. Teach early literacy (phonics), numeracy, and foundational concepts
2. Conduct creative, play-based, and experiential learning activities
3. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skill development
4. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and child-friendly learning environment
5. Observe, assess, and record children's development
6. Communicate openly with parents regarding progress and daily updates
7. Follow child-centered approaches suited for preschool environments

Qualifications & Skills
1. Experience in preschool or early learning settings preferred
2. NTT / Montessori / Early Childhood Education certification desirable
3. Strong communication, creativity, and classroom management abilities
4. Patient, empathetic, and passionate about nurturing young learners
