Roles & Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based, and experiential learning activities for preschool children Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and motor skill development Observe, assess, and document children's progress and maintain individual records Communicate regularly and effectively with parents regarding children's development and progress Maintain classroom discipline while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of children Participate in school activities, meetings, and trainings

Qualifications & Requirements:

Graduation with

Montessori / NTT / ECCE / D.Ed

or relevant early childhood education certification Minimum

1-3 years of experience

as a preschool teacher (preschool experience preferred) Good communication skills in English (knowledge of regional language is an added advantage) Passion for early childhood education and strong classroom management skills

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
