Job Description
We are looking for Teachers / Assistant Teachers for toddlers Montessori preschool (12 months \xe2\x80\x93 3 years) Responsibilities:
- Observing and guiding children with their learning needs
- Gathering resource materials and help in developing lesson plans
- Introducing various learning exercises to help children learn better
- Creating a safe and positive learning environment for the children
- Tracking students\xe2\x80\x99 progress and maintaining a report on the same
- Accompanying students on field trips and other school activities
- Attending seminars and workshops as and when required
- Communicating students\xe2\x80\x99 progress with their parents
- Adhering to the educational policies and guidelines at all times
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or equivalent degree
- Holding Montessori training and certification from a reputed institute
- Proven work experience as a Montessori Teacher, Teacher , or a similar role in the Education department
- Excellent teaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Displaying a warm and welcoming personality
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Having an eye for detail and good multitasking abilities
