Role and Responsibility
1) Daily Activities planing according to age group
2)Develop and implement lesson plans
3) Encourage the children for social interaction, help children resolve conflicts, build self-esteem, and support emotional processing.
4)Track children's milestones, note their strengths and challenges, and report findings to parents and administration.
5)Demonstrates positive behavior, sharing, and conflict resolution.
6)Uses creative methods to make learning fun.
