LITTLE incisors is a nurturing and inclusive learning environment dedicated to the academic, social, and emotional growth of all students. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team and support young learners in their critical early years of development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards and developmental goals.
Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Observe and assess student progress, maintaining accurate records.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians about student development.
Participate in school meetings, professional development, and collaborative planning.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
State teaching certification/licensure .
Prior experience teaching children ages [1 Year ].
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
Preferred Qualifications:
CPR/First Aid certification.
Experience with [e.g., Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Play-based curriculum]
Bilingual (preferred but not required).
