We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated

Preschool Teacher

to join our early childhood team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.

Key Responsibilities1. Classroom Instruction & Learning

Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons, activities, and learning experiences aligned with early childhood curriculum guidelines. Use play-based, hands-on, and experiential learning approaches. Introduce foundational concepts in literacy, numeracy, motor skills, arts, and social behaviours. Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence in children.

2. Child Development & Safety

Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and supervision of children at all times. Observe, assess, and document each child's development and milestones. Identify learning needs, behavioural challenges, and support required.

3. Classroom Management

Maintain a cheerful, organised, and stimulating classroom environment. Establish clear routines, rules, and behavioural expectations with a positive approach. Use gentle behaviour-management strategies and positive reinforcement. Prepare lesson plans, portfolios, assessment records, and learning materials. Assist with school events, celebrations, and cultural activities. Ensure compliance with school policies, safety norms, and hygiene standards.

4. Parent Communication

Build strong relationships with parents through regular updates, meetings, and reports. Share observations, progress, and concerns sensitively and professionally. Collaborate with parents to support holistic child development.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
