. The ideal candidate should be passionate about early childhood education, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of creating a joyful and engaging classroom environment for young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and lesson plans. Conduct interactive sessions including storytelling, rhymes, music, and art & craft. Foster children's emotional, social, and intellectual development. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe, hygienic, and nurturing environment. Observe and document each child's progress and share updates with parents. Support school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings. Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and implementation.

Requirements

Qualification in

ECCEd / NTT / MTT

(mandatory).

1-2 years

of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching. Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a love for children. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good classroom management and interpersonal skills. Fluency in

English

(knowledge of Hindi/Marathi preferred).
