Pre-School Teacher

to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate should have a passion for early childhood education, a nurturing personality, and strong classroom management skills.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans. Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment. Foster social, emotional, and intellectual development in children aged 2-5 years. Conduct circle time, storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and interactive play sessions. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure the safety and well-being of all children. Observe and assess children's progress and maintain progress reports. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development and behavior. Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings.

Requirements

Certification in

NTT / MTT / ECCEd

is mandatory. Minimum

1-2 years

of experience as a Pre-School Teacher. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command of English and Hindi/Marathi (preferred). Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a love for children.
