Objective:

To provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment that promotes physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development.

Assessing students' academic and social development, maintaining necessary records, creating progress reports and meeting emotional needs while being sensitive to the child's feelings and actions. Facilitating the all-around development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential. Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective observations to assess the children's progress and their effectiveness Using a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable a smooth transition. Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate, Preferably certified in early years education Experience- Minimum 2 years of experience Organizational skills: Highly organized, able to plan and organize daily activities, and manage administrative tasks. Creativity and flexibility: Creative and flexible, able to adapt to the changing needs of young children and create engaging and fun learning experiences. Interpersonal Skills: good listener with attention to detail in case of children, patient, ability to remain calm even in challenging situations, good conflict resolution skills and empathetic.
