We are seeking a passionate and dedicated

Preschool Teacher

to join our team at

Jigyaasa International preschool

. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children (ages 2 to 5), supporting their early development through play-based and structured activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities based on the school's curriculum Foster social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development in children Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment Observe and assess student progress and share updates with parents and the school team Encourage creativity, curiosity, and learning through interactive play Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Ensure all classroom materials and resources are used effectively Manage classroom behavior in a positive and respectful manner Participate in school events, training, and team meetings

Required Skills & Qualities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with young children Creativity in designing educational and fun activities Ability to work collaboratively with other staff and parents Good classroom management and observation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Montessori training or Early Childhood Certification Knowledge of child development stages and learning strategies Basic computer and documentation skills

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
