Educational Background:

A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience working in a preschool or childcare setting is a plus.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with children of different ages and developmental levels. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices. Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching and learning. Patience and understanding when working with young children.

Other Requirements:

Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. A genuine love for working with young children.
