Requirements/ Qualifications

? Creates a creative and engaging learning environment for students.

? Exceptional English language fluency, both written and spoken

? Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.

? Strong understanding of child development, principles of progressive education and commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning.

? Passionate towards teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students.

? Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.

? Proficiency in using technology to support student learning and facilitate communication.

? Experience in integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning techniques with the curriculum is an additional advantage .

Role Description

?Develops lesson plans, implementing learning activities, and collaborating with colleagues to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of our students.

? Utilises various teaching strategies and materials to cater to the diverse learning needs and interests of students.

? Encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration through hands-on, experiential learning activities. Teacher

?Assess students' progress regularly through formal and informal assessments, providing constructive feedback and adapting instruction as needed.

? Participates in ongoing professional development to stay current with the latest pedagogical trends, research, and best practices in inquiry-based learning and the CBSE curriculum.
