Who We're Looking For:
Passionate Early Childhood Educators / Preschool Teachers (experienced or enthusiastic freshers) with a warm personality and strong communication skills, who love working with young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment: Ensure a secure, hygienic, and emotionally supportive classroom where young children feel comfortable and confident.
- Planning Age-Appropriate Activities: Design daily lesson plans and activities aligned with preschool curricula that support cognitive, physical, social, and emotional development.
- Teaching Basic Concepts: Introduce foundational skills such as alphabets, numbers, colours, shapes, rhymes, and simple moral values through play-based learning.
- Encouraging Social and Emotional Development: Help children learn sharing, cooperation, discipline, empathy, and respect for peers and adults.
- Monitoring Child Development: Observe each child's progress, identify learning needs, and provide individual attention where required.
- Maintaining Classroom Discipline: Manage classroom behaviour using positive reinforcement and child-friendly discipline techniques.
- Communicating with Parents: Regularly update parents on their child's progress, behaviour, and development through meetings, notes, or school apps.
- Promoting Good Habits and Hygiene: Teach basic hygiene, cleanliness, table manners, and self-help skills such as washing hands and packing school bags.
- Organising Cultural and School Activities: Prepare children for festivals, celebrations, assemblies, and events that reflect Indian culture and values.
- Ensuring Health and Safety: Be alert to children's health needs, administer basic first aid when necessary, and follow school safety protocols.
