Required Experience and Qualifications

We are looking for a Kindergarten teacher who:

Has 0-3 years work experience with children in the 1-6 years age group - we are open to fresh graduates and those of you looking for a career change Is passionate about the Early Childhood space and enjoys being with little children all-day Has excellent English Proficiency, and is enthusiastic and positive in her communication and interpersonal skills Is committed and concerned about child participation and child-focus in everyday life and is playful and creative, responsible, resourceful and flexible Brings a strong academic interest and/or working knowledge of the Early Childhood Learning space Has the ability and willingness to support in adapting foreign curriculum to suit the Indian culture Has a strong focus on overall professional development and participation, and hence wants to be involved in building a Kindergarten, from the beginning Is dynamic, service-minded and is able to work independently and make decisions Is a good and confident leader for children, and has ability to inspire and work together with a team of educators, generating interest and enthusiasm
