Job Description

A preschool teacher's job is to help young children develop social, motor, and academic skills, and to lay the foundation for their future education. Responsibilities

Create programs

: Design programs that meet the needs of the class

Teach through play

: Use play, storytelling, videos, and group sharing to educate children

Assess students

: Conduct assessments and provide feedback to parents

Manage activities

: Plan and manage lessons, play, breaks, and meals

Track progress

: Monitor children's progress and report to parents

Maintain classroom

: Keep the classroom clean and tidy

Plan field trips

: Select appropriate purposes, coordinate with venues, and arrange transportation

Model behavior

: Demonstrate proper behavior, social interactions, and moral principles
Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in education or a related field Certification from a national organization Patience, caring, and compassion Flexibility, empathy, and creativity Organization and excellent communication skills
