Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic

Preschool Teacher

to join our early childhood education team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a nurturing personality, a creative approach to teaching, and a deep passion for working with young children in their foundational years.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct engaging, age-appropriate classroom activities to support all areas of early childhood development Create a safe, warm, and stimulating learning environment Use interactive methods such as storytelling, play-based learning, songs, and crafts Observe, assess, and document children's behavior and development progress Maintain daily communication with parents and address any concerns Manage classroom routines, ensure discipline, and promote positive behavior Participate in school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher interactions Adhere to all health, hygiene, and safety standards in the classroom

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Certification in NTT / ECCEd / Montessori Training (preferred) 0-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting Excellent communication skills in English Patient, caring, and child-friendly personality Strong classroom management and observation skills Ability to work creatively and adapt to different learning styles
