Preschool Teacher

to join our early learning center in

Bagalur, Yelahanka, Bangalore

. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of child development, Montessori methods, and a passion for nurturing young minds.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver age-appropriate Montessori-based curriculum to preschool children Create a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment Plan and organize daily activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and social development Observe and assess children's progress and share feedback with parents Maintain a clean and organized classroom with learning materials Encourage independence, curiosity, and creativity in every child Collaborate with co-teachers and participate in school events and meetings

Requirements:

Certification in any recognized Montessori training program 2 to 4 years of experience in preschool or early childhood teaching Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of local languages is a plus) Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude towards children Ability to manage and engage with small children effectively
