Job Summary:
We are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and experienced
Preschool Teacher
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, structure, and professionalism to the classroom, guiding young children through critical stages of development using proven teaching methods and hands-on learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver age-appropriate lesson plans in alignment with early childhood learning goals.
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and positive social interaction.
Track and assess student progress; maintain detailed records and prepare regular reports for parents.
Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of children.
Effectively manage classroom behavior and foster a respectful and inclusive environment.
Collaborate with fellow educators and staff on school events, curriculum planning, and team meetings.
Communicate clearly and consistently with parents and guardians, providing updates and guidance.
Ensure the safety, hygiene, and well-being of all children at all times.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education / Montessori / NTT / B.Ed.
Minimum 1
-3 years
of hands-on teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
Deep understanding of early childhood development and classroom management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional local language proficiency is a plus.
Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children.
Familiarity with digital tools for teaching and communication is an advantage.
Preferred Qualities:
Leadership skills to mentor junior staff or lead classroom initiatives
Experience conducting parent-teacher meetings and handling academic assessments
Innovative approach to learning and activity planning
