Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher ( fo

r Inclusive environment)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment where

young children (ages 1.5 yrs and above)

can develop their cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills. The teacher will plan and implement age-appropriate learning activities, encourage creativity, and foster a love for learning in an engaging classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a structured and engaging curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.

- Plan and conduct fun, interactive, and educational activities to promote language, math, science, and social skills.

- Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment where children feel comfortable expressing themselves.

- Monitor and document children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.

- Encourage creativity, imagination, and problem-solving through play-based learning.

- Teach basic skills such as colors, shapes, numbers, letters, and early literacy concepts.

- Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.

- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and parents to support the child's development.

- Address behavioral challenges with patience, care, and appropriate strategies.

- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education:!Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, / Special Education/ Clinical Psychology or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching preschool or early childhood education (Mandatory)

- Skills:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- COMMAND of Spoken and written English

- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children.

- Ability to design and implement engaging lesson plans.

- Knowledge of child psychology, learning methodologies, and behavioral management.

- First Aid and CPR certification (preferred).
