Role Overview

As a Preschool Teacher at Early Learning Village, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the IEYC framework. You will create a safe, warm, and stimulating classroom environment that supports children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. This role requires strong observation skills, creativity in lesson planning, effective collaboration with educators, and clear communication with parents.

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities Create a warm, safe, and joyful classroom environment Support children's overall growth and development Observe and encourage each child's learning progress Promote positive behaviour and social interaction Work collaboratively with teachers and the academic team Communicate effectively with parents and families Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom Participate in training and professional growth programs

Key Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Minimum 1 year of teaching experience in a preschool or early learning centre Strong understanding of early childhood development and play-based learning Familiarity with IEYC or other international early years curricula is preferred Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills Passion for working with young children and creating meaningful learning experiences
