Job Summary

We are seeking a patient, energetic, and nurturing Preschool Teacher to guide our toddler classroom (

Fresher's welcome

). The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and play-based learning environment. This role focuses on fostering the fundamental social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of toddlers through comfort, exploration, and positive guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Create a Nurturing Environment:

Foster a warm, safe, and welcoming classroom atmosphere where toddlers feel secure and valued.

Implement Play-Based Activities:

Design and lead age-appropriate activities, including sensory play, storytime, music and movement, and simple art projects to stimulate curiosity.

Support Daily Routines:

Assist toddlers with essential daily tasks

Foster Social & Emotional Growth:

Model and encourage positive social interactions, such as sharing, taking turns, and using simple words to express feelings. Provide comfort and positive redirection.

Ensure Safety and Supervision:

Maintain constant supervision of all children to ensure their health and safety at all times. Keep the classroom clean, organized, and sanitary.

Communicate with Parents:

Maintain open and regular communication with parents about their child's day, progress, and developmental milestones.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience or aptitude of working with toddlers in a preschool or daycare setting. Exceptional

patience

, compassion, and a genuine love for working with young children. Strong understanding of toddler developmental milestones and behaviors. High level of energy and ability to actively engage with children on their level .
