Plan and execute
activity-based learning
as per school's curriculum.
Teach fundamental concepts through play, storytelling, music, movement, and creative arts.
Foster children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
Track and assess each child's learning progress and behavior.
Collaborate with co-teachers and support staff for smooth daily operations.
Communicate regularly and professionally with parents during PTMs and updates.
Participate in school events, celebrations, workshops, and training sessions.
Maintain classroom cleanliness, hygiene, and proper learning materials.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: ECCEd / Montessori Training / Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
Patience, empathy, and understanding of child behavior.
Creative, energetic, and passionate about teaching and nurturing kids.
Ability to manage classroom and handle emotional outbursts effectively.
Tech-friendly and willing to learn school-specific tools and strategies.
