Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Implementation:

Deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities based on Nurtureland's structured curriculum.

Classroom Management:

Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.

Child Development:

Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth in children.

Creative Learning:

Conduct storytelling, art & craft, music, and interactive play sessions.

Assessment & Reporting:

Track and document children's progress and share updates with parents.

Parental Engagement:

Communicate with parents to provide insights into their child's learning journey.

Safety & Hygiene:

Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Education:

Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Training, or equivalent.

Experience:

Prior experience in teaching preschool or early childhood education is preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children. Ability to plan and execute fun, educational activities. Strong classroom management and child-handling skills.
