is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated preschool teacher

(Experienced only)

to join our team. As an Educator you must enjoy working with children, adding the 'fun' in learning and ensuring that each child enjoys the school experience and make school a happy place for the kids.

Educational Qualification :

Degree level qualification. Certificate in any discipline and Diploma / Certificate course in ECCE/NTT/Montessori

Min Experience : 3-5 yrs

Only Female candidates required.

Key Skills :

Must be very excited about her job. The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in child development and education theories and practices Knowledge of relevant procedures to ensure that children are supervised and safe at all Demonstrates team building skills, analytical and problem-solving skills Must have creative hand in arts and crafts along with Artistic Teaching Abilities Great Amount Of Patience And Flexibility Effective English-Speaking skills

Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage teaching programs in accordance with the Lesson plans & Curriculum Handling Social media Supervising the staff Use different techniques and strategies to achieve student learning objectives Provide activities and materials that engage and challenge the students intellectually Development and use different tools to assess student learning outcomes Uphold and promote the culture, mission statement and core values of the school Manage communication with parents and guardians Voluntarily participate in organising special events, and other activities Keep the parent feedback updated and encourage parent participation in parent-teacher meets
