Job Title: Preschool Teacher

Overview:

Our preschool is dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young children to learn and grow. We believe in fostering creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning in every child.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

- Create a safe and engaging learning environment that encourages exploration and discovery.

- Provide individualized attention and support to each child to meet their unique needs and interests.

- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure the well-being and development of all children.

- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with families.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.

- Previous experience working with young children in a preschool setting.

- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

Skills and Attributes:

- Patience and empathy to support children's emotional and social development.

- Creativity and enthusiasm to engage children in meaningful learning experiences.

- Organizational skills to plan and execute daily activities effectively.
