The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of relevant experience and a deep passion for working with young children aged 2 to 5 years. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment where children can develop foundational skills through play-based and structured activities.As a Preschool Teacher, your primary goal is to support the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development of children while fostering a love for learning. You will plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities, build trusting relationships with children and their families, and work collaboratively with fellow educators to create a positive classroom environment.Requirements:Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a warm, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment that promotes safety and exploration.
  • Develop and implement daily lesson plans that align with preschool curriculum standards and promote early learning.
  • Use storytelling, arts and crafts, songs, games, and other hands-on activities to teach basic skills like letters, numbers, colors, and shapes.
  • Observe, assess, and document each child's development and progress; provide feedback to parents during regular conferences and informal communication.
  • Encourage positive behavior and support children's emotional well-being through patience, empathy, and consistent reinforcement.
  • Foster strong communication and trust with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of classroom activities, milestones, and any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom, following all health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with assistant teachers, school staff, and administrators to ensure cohesive delivery of the educational program.
  • Participate in professional development and training sessions to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

  • Excellent Communication: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues. Strong verbal and written communication is essential for delivering lessons and engaging with families.
  • Patience & Empathy: Must exhibit exceptional patience and understanding when guiding young children through their learning and behavioral development.
  • Early Childhood Expertise: Sound understanding of preschool education principles, child development, and classroom management tailored to early learners.
  • Creativity & Flexibility: Ability to design fun and educational activities that capture children's interest, while adapting to their individual needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Willingness to work closely with fellow teachers and school staff to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of experience teaching or assisting in a preschool or early childhood setting.
  • Certified in First Aid and CPR (preferred).
  • Strong references and background check clearance.
