Sparkling Mindz was founded by Harvard, IIM, ISB alumni with a vision to create innovative learning experiences and make education relevant in the 21st century. We create inspiring, engaging and empowering game-based learning experiences for children across ages.

We are looking for passionate individuals who think that it is time our learning systems were innovated. Your primary role will be to work towards creating systems to inspire, engage and empower children and other stakeholders to sustain the transformation.

Position Available: Preschool Learning Facilitator

Location(s):

Bangalore (Koramangala/Kalyan Nagar)

Training and Probation:

1 year

Working Days & Timings

: Mon-Fri 8.30am-4.30pm and alternate Saturdays are working

:

Deliver the sessions to children as per plan Create lesson plans and plan the learning outcomes for children's sessions Collaborate with a team of teachers to deliver the learning outcomes Record children's observations on a daily basis and send updates Review each child's performance on a weekly basis Interact with Parents on a regular basis regarding children's activities in the sessions Attend regular training sessions on weekdays/weekends as per need Stay up to date on the latest programs and developments at Sparkling Mindz Work with the Sparkling Mindz team to improve the program and share best practices

Qualifications and Qualities Required

Graduation/Post Graduation from any recognised University with minimum 2 years of experience Enjoy working with children An open attitude towards new ways of teaching and learning with children Interest to learn new skills and quick learner Excellent communication skills Knowledge of MS-Office Word, Excel and Powerpoint is a must Any previous experience of working with children or creative trainings attended is a plus Any previous training or counselling experience or a psychology background is a plus Demonstrable skills in creative writing, public speaking or other hobbies is a plus
