Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes learning through play, exploration, and hands-on activities.
Plan and organize daily activities and lessons in accordance with curriculum objectives.
Provide a supportive and caring environment that encourages children's creativity, curiosity, and self-expression.
Foster positive social interactions and promote the development of social skills such as sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
Monitor and assess each child's progress and development, and communicate with parents/guardians regularly.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom, both indoors and outdoors.
Collaborate with other staff members and administrators to create a cohesive and inclusive learning environment.
Maintain accurate records, including attendance, incident reports, and developmental assessments.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferences as required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom environment that reflects the interests and needs of the children.
