Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Preschool Cluster Manager (Bangalore East) who will oversee and support multiple preschool and childcare centers across Bangalore. The role involves ensuring smooth operations, maintaining academic standards, and guiding center teams to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor daily operations across assigned preschool centers. Guide and mentor Center Managers, Coordinators, and Teaching Staff to ensure consistency and quality. Coordinate regularly with the Operations and Academic Head for planning and reporting. Conduct regular visits and audits across centers to ensure adherence to policies and standards. Ensure high standards of child safety, hygiene, and parent satisfaction. Support new center setups, training, and onboarding activities. Drive operational efficiency and academic outcomes across centers.
Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the preschool or childcare industry (experience within Bangalore preferred). Strong understanding of preschool operations and early childhood education. Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Must be comfortable traveling across Bangalore regularly. Bachelor's degree required (Master's in Education, Management, or related field preferred).
