Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum 3+years of experience in a leadership role in a pre-school or early childhood education setting.
Strong understanding of child development theories and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with parents, teachers, and staff.
Informed and up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education, with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the pre-school division, setting strategic goals and objectives to drive academic excellence and student growth.
Develop and implement curriculum frameworks that align with national and international standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes social-emotional learning and character development.
Collaborate with teachers and staff to design and deliver engaging and effective teaching practices.
Communicate regularly with parents through various channels, including regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and open houses.
