Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging and effective instructional materials that enhance learning experiences. This role requires a strong understanding of content development, learning technologies, and instructional design principles. The Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts to create high-quality educational content that meets the needs of diverse learners.

Duties

Develop and design instructional materials using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Blackboard. Create engaging content for classroom settings that effectively communicates complex concepts. Collaborate with educators to understand learning objectives and tailor materials accordingly. Utilize SCORM standards to ensure compatibility and accessibility of digital learning resources. Present instructional materials in a clear and engaging manner to facilitate understanding. Stay updated on the latest trends in learning technology and instructional design to continuously improve content quality. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational materials through feedback and assessment data, making necessary adjustments.

Requirements

Proven experience in content development and instructional design. Proficiency in using Adobe Captivate, Blackboard, and other relevant learning technologies. Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats. Experience in classroom education or training environments is preferred. Familiarity with SCORM standards and best practices in e-learning development. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. A passion for educating others and enhancing the learning experience through innovative design.
