Job Description

:

We are looking for an energetic, organized, and child-centric Pre-Primary Coordinator to oversee the academic and operational functioning of the pre-primary section. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent understanding of early childhood education, and the ability to guide teachers in delivering engaging and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the pre-primary section. Plan, implement, and review age-appropriate curriculum and teaching practices. Mentor and support pre-primary teachers in lesson planning, classroom management, and child engagement. Conduct regular classroom observations and provide constructive feedback. Coordinate events, activities, assemblies, and parent engagement programs for pre-primary. Monitor student progress and ensure all documentation/records are maintained accurately. Facilitate communication between teachers, parents, and school management. Ensure safety, hygiene, and child-friendly practices across classrooms. Organize teacher training sessions and continuous professional development.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

B.Ed (mandatory)

- specialization in Early Childhood Education preferred. Minimum

1 year of experience as a Preschool/Pre-Primary Coordinator

. Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and activity-based learning. Proficiency in computer operations and school digital tools.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and team management abilities. Warm, patient, and child-friendly personality. Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to collaborate with teachers and parents effectively.

Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
