We are looking for a passionate and dynamic

Preschool Coordinator

to oversee daily operations, ensure curriculum excellence, and support our teachers in delivering high-quality early childhood education. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a genuine love for working with young children.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and guide teachers in lesson planning and classroom management. Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the preschool. Maintain high standards of safety, hygiene, and child well-being. Conduct teacher training, performance evaluations, and feedback sessions. Implement and monitor curriculum as per the school's philosophy and standards. Interact with parents to address concerns and maintain positive relationships. Organize school events, celebrations, and parent-teacher meetings. Coordinate admissions, student records, and center operations.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preschool management or coordination. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to multitask and handle administrative duties efficiently.
