Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support teachers in daily lesson planning and classroom execution
Coordinate academic schedules, events, and special activities
Ensure smooth communication between school and parents
Conduct regular teacher training and classroom observations
Maintain student records, attendance, and reports
Handle parent inquiries, admissions support, and school tours
Create a positive, safe, and nurturing environment for children
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and curriculum standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate (preferably in Early Childhood Education or related field)
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in preschool teaching or coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools
Ability to handle parent communication with professionalism and care
