We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Centre Head

for our Preschool located on

Sarjapura Road, Bangalore

. The ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader with a deep understanding of early childhood education, team management, and parent engagement. She will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preschool's daily operations, ensuring a high-quality learning environment for children, and maintaining strong relationships with staff and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the preschool including academic delivery, staff management, and administrative tasks. Ensure the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum based on ECCE/NTT/Montessori methodologies. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of teachers and support staff. Maintain a safe, hygienic, and engaging environment for children. Handle admissions, orientation, and parent interaction effectively. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Monitor classroom activities and provide feedback for continuous improvement. Organize school events, parent-teacher meetings, and celebrations. Manage inventory, budgeting, and resource allocation as needed. Act as the face of the preschool and maintain strong community and parent relations.

Candidate Requirements:

ECCEd / NTT / Montessori certification (mandatory). Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in preschool/early childhood education, including team leadership. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Leadership qualities with a nurturing and child-centric approach. Proficiency in English and basic computer skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
