The Pre-School Centre Head is entrusted with the overall leadership and management of the preschool center. Key Responsibilities1. Educational Leadership
Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with educational standards.
Monitor and evaluate teaching methodologies to ensure effective learning outcomes.
Organize and oversee extracurricular activities and events that enhance children's learning experiences.
2. Staff Management
Recruit, train, and supervise teaching and non-teaching staff.
Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development sessions.
Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
3. Operational Oversight
Manage daily operations of the center, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Oversee facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and inventory management.
Implement administrative systems for enrollment, attendance, and record-keeping.
4. Financial Management
Prepare and manage the center's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Monitor financial transactions, including tuition fees, salaries, and expenses.
Identify opportunities for fundraising and resource.
5. Parent and Community Engagement
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and center activities.
Address parental concerns promptly and professionally.
Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and community events to foster engagement.
6. Marketing and Admissions
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the center and attract enrollments.
Conduct tours and information sessions for prospective families.
Manage the admissions process, including inquiries, applications, and enrollment.
Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in preschool management or educational leadership.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
Proficiency in administrative and educational software tools.
Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices.
